The closing rank for BTech and BTech Integrated courses offered at Vikram University ranged between 260935 and 1175542. This was for the General category under the All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, candidates scoring a rank of 70k can easily secure a seat at Vikram University. With this rank, there are fair chances of getting admission, however, since, the cut-offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission to Vikram University.

Securing 60% in a BTech/BE degree in a relevant specialisation is the minimum eligibility criteria that IIITM Gwalior requires for admissions to M.Tech courses. This does not specify that candidates with 60% scores can get admission to M.Tech courses because applicants must meet several eligibility conditions. One of the most crucial requirements for potential applicants is a legitimate GATE score.
