Not every student at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology (SAIT) is guaranteed 100% placement. Nonetheless, the institute has a good placement record, with roughly 70-80% of students being placed annually in a variety of industries, such as management, engineering, and information technology. Prominent corporations like TCS, Wipro, Accenture and others frequently come to the campus to recruit. The institute offers extensive training, career development support, and internship opportunities to increase the employability of its graduates, even though not all students are placed.

Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology can accept 120 students per year for its B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering program. Because of this, the institute is able to accept a sizable number of students into the program, giving individuals who are interested in pursuing this field plenty of options. The department's curriculum prepares students for the increasing need in the electrical and electronics industries by providing both academic and practical expertise.
