The admissions at ITM University, Gwalior, are both entrance-based and merit-based, depending on the specific course. For undergraduate and postgraduate courses, admissions are based on the ITM NEST entrance exam, and for B.Tech, the university also considers the JEE Main score. Additionally, written tests, interviews, and group discussions are conducted for admission to PG/PhD courses. Merit in the qualifying examination is also taken into account as part of the admission criteria. Therefore, the university considers both entrance exam scores and merit in the qualifying examination for its admission process.
