Personal interview is conducted at the second level of IIFM Bhopal selection process. After selection based on entrance exam score, shortlisted candidates are called for personal interview. PI are conducted in offline at centres-Bhopal, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Chennai.

The flagship programme- Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management (PGDSM) comprises all the ingredients of a standard MBA course together with a unique extension to Environment, Social Development, Sustainability, and Rural Markets. Talking about placements, the highest package offered to PGDFM students was INR 38 lakh. The average package recieved was INR 8.5 lakh.

Admissions at Sophia College for Women begin in the first week of March. The college primarily offers undergraduate degree programs such as BA, B.Sc, and BMM, and postgraduate programs such as M.Sc, MA, and PG Diploma.
