I suggest you to go with NITs if your rank is less than 800, or apply for JEE Advanced paper 2 and after results if you get the same percentile you can easily get admission in IITs for B.Arch!
If not you can go with top NITs for pursuing your B.Arch!

You have no chance in IIITM Gwalior at this percentile in JEE Mains for CSE branch. Better to try for newer IIITs.

Yes, it is good to pursue MBA from IITM. You will easily get placed through campus recruitment. No, government companies visit the campus for recruitment. Government conducts its own common exams for recruitment. You can apply for government jobs also, after completing your MBA.
