Yes, you can join Institute of Engineering and Technology GLA University by taking the GATE exam. If your GATE score is good enough, then you can join it easily without giving the GLAET exam.

The estimated total fees of B.Tech in GLA unversity is approximately 9.50 lakh, as per the latest reports. This includes hostel fees, mess fees, security, examination fees, etc. Scholarships are also available for the students.

GLA University cutoff 2024 for BTech courses is Class 12 with an aggregate score of 50% marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics combined and a valid score in GLAET. On the other hand, GLA University cut off 2024 for M.Tech is 60% aggregate in BE/BTech degree and a valid score in GLAET. It does not release individual cutoffs for its courses therefore, marks obtained in the last qualifying exams are considered as GLA University cutoff.

It has been declared fit to receive central assistance under Section 12B of UGC Act, 1956 after the proper assessment for the same by the UGC. It is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC), NCTE and Pharmacy Council of India. It offers different courses related to engineering and technology.

Yes, you will get full fees refund if you do not want to take admission in GLA. You will have to give them a proper reason for not taking admission into the institute. Moreover, as per the UGC guidelines, students are eligible for 100% fee refund within a specific period of time and no charge an be deducted from them.

No, to get admission in GLA University for M.Tech is is entirely entrance-based. Those who are interested to get admission in to either of the course of GLA University can first apply online on the official website of GLA University and appear for the respective entrance exam to get selected.
First Division in B Tech in the relevant branch or MCA (for Computer Science).
For Energy Systems, (First Division in B Tech in EE, EN, EC, ME or M Sc Physics). Five percent relaxation in the minimum eligibility is provided to SC/ST Category Students.
