The university MBA application process is both online and offline. Candidates can either visit the official website to apply. For offline mode, download the application form through the official website of the university and submit it to the admission office along with the required documents. Candidates are shortlisted for MBA based on GLAET, CUET-PG, MAT, XAT, and CAT scores followed by a GD and PI round. However, the interview round is conducted only for admission to MBA (dual specialisation).

Students can study the BA Economics (Hons) course across six sub-specialisations/ branches. This course is offered across five specialisations. These are Electronics & Communications, CSE, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Admission to this course is entirely based on the scores of candidates in the university-level entrance exam.

GLA University offers four-year courses of BTech and BTech (Hons). For admission to BTech course at GLA University, the minimum eligibility is to pass Class 12 with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Computer Science with an aggregate of 50% (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) in the above subjects taken together and 50% aggregate overall. Apart from this, to get admission to BTech (Hons), students need to pass Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects along with Chemistry/ Computer Science as additional subjects with a minimum of 65% aggregate and 70% aggregate as overall.
