If you have a good percentage in class 12th then you can go for direct admission in many government colleges like DU where the fee is low and importance of govt. degree is more than a private degree.

It will cost you around 67k for the whole course of B.Sc plus hostel fee, if you opt for the same.

Some institutes go for entrance exam. If you are willing to kick start your career in mass communication, you need to be updated with the current things happening around you. Along with that, focusing on your +2 exams would be definitely beneficial for you.

College can only assist you to get that, but you have to perform well at the final stage. As per my knowledge, the college assists you in terms of placements. But again, you have to grab those skills/abilities to achieve your dreams. Nothing will happen only by thinking but definitely will happen by doing so.

Yes, of course you can apply for government teaching jobs after doing B.Ed. You need to keep a track of the opening in the newspapers and also online.

You should go for Meerut University or Deva Nagar University.
