Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College NEET UG cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the MBBS course. The cutoff was released in the form of opening and closing ranks for various categories under the All India quota.

For the General AI category, the cutoff varied between 1887 and 5483 for the MBBS courses. Hence, students need to secure at least 5483 rank to get admission.
