Many conventional engineering colleges still teach an old, theory-heavy syllabus that doesn't help in job interviews. Amity University Mumbai designs its BTech curriculum in direct consultation with top corporate technology leaders. You learn the latest software programming tools, project management, and soft skills.

While the fee structure at Amity University Mumbai is higher than at government colleges, the overall return on investment is excellent. The premium fees you pay for a BTech degree cover world-class networking, modern tech infrastructure, and excellent placement drives. Graduating from a highly recognised brand name gives your engineering career a massive head start in the corporate job market.

MBBS does not have campus placements like engineering, as doctors appear for PG entrance exams like NEET PG after graduation. However, colleges attached to well-known hospitals like DY Patil and MGM do offer better internship experiences and networking opportunities through their private hospital connections. Government college graduates often have stronger academic reputations, which helps in NEET PG scores and government job selections.

Yes, some colleges like Sion Hospital and KEM college municipal colleges are reserved under special domicile or municipal quota for those students lying under the Maharashtra and Mumbai domicile. So basically, out of state students have less seat options there. Knowing the seat reservation quota before applying would have saved them a lot of confusion. Always check prospectus and official details.

Yes, you can get a direct B.Tech admission at Lovely Professional University if you satisfy the eligibility criteria for that program. In most cases, the selection is driven by your Class 12 results, and a lot of students get admitted straightway, there isn't always a separate admission interview. People also take LPUNEST quite often, mainly for scholarship purposes so it can lower tuition fees, but honestly it's not always compulsory for admission itself.
Also, it's important to note that LPU doesn't accept donation or capitation fees for getting admission. You just need to pay the official university charges, plus any hostel, or exami
