The eligibility criteria for admission into the School of Broadcasting and Communication depends upon the course. For admission to the UG courses such as the BA (Mass Communication) a candidate should have passed class 12. Whereas, for admission into the MA course, a candidate must have completed their graduation or must be in the final year for provisional admission.

It was more than likely that MA English (Hons) admissions at Elphinstone College Mumbai would have started, yes. The 2025-2026 academic year start date may not be officially announced yet, but Shiksha states that Elphinstone College generally uses a merit based admission scheme for UG and PG programs. According to Shiksha, the main channel to apply could be the online application portal of University of Mumbai, just verify the exact date of commencement and other application guidelines, it is advisable to check the official website of Elphinstone College or University of Mumbai.

Candidate looking for course admission for the MBA course at Amity University Mumbai must meet the eligibility criteria set by the university. A pass in Graduation with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for MBA course. The minimum aggregate is not specified for MBA International. One must also pass entrance exams with below-mentioned percentile for admission to MBA International:
Candidates with at least 70 percentile in CAT/ MAT are eligible for direct admission and stand exempted from the entrance test. Only GD & PI will be conducted for eligible candidates.

Yes, Amity University Mumbai accept JEE main scores for the BTech course. Amity Mumbai BTech admission is entrance-based. Candidates must have valid scores in the AMCAT or JEE Main or any other National/ State Entrance Exam or CUET UG for admission to the engineering course. Yes, for candidates desireous of taking admission to MBA programme of TISS Mumbai must appear for CAT exam. TISS Mumbai MBA admission 2026 will be conducted through CAT 2025 scores. Candidates seeking admission to academic year 2026-27 must appear for CAT 2025 on gievn date and time and apply for TISS MBA Mumbai admission 2026 at appln.tiss.edu. Only candidates who will register for TISS MBA admission 2026 will be considered for shortlisting through CAT scores.

Amity University, Mumbai does not take admission on through any exam, the admissions are taken on the basis of merit list of the students previously qualifying exam and entrance exam of the university.
The shortlisted candidates have to go through an individual interview then the finally selected students are informed.

IIT Bombay is one of the top IITs of all time. It is very competitive to get into IIT Bombay. With 7000 rank under OBC Female category, it is very difficult to get any BTech course. However, under this rank, the only course available at IIT Bombay is B.S. in Chemistry at a cutoff rank of 7754 for the OBC AI category under Female quota.

IIT Bombay has offered BTech courses for various categories including General, OBC, SC, ST, PWD, and EWS. Further, the top courses in 2024 at IIT Bombay were BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, BTech in Electrical Engineering, Integrated B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering + M.Tech. in Microelectronics, B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, and B.Tech. in Engineering Physics under the General AI category.
