The registration fee for NMAT test is charged by GMAC. This amounts to INR 3000 per attempt. After the candidate has registered for NMAT test, he/she needs to register at NMIMS and fill up the registration form online. The NMIMS MBA registration fee is INR 2900.

The total amount of education loan that can be availed for MBA at NMIMS various from bank to bank. Maximum amount of loan up to INR 50 Lacs at 7.90% with repayment up to 15 years can be taken from SBI. Using EMI option from Grayquest, the fee can be paid as monthly EMI payment. The interest is charged between 2.1-7.7% depending upon the number of EMIs from 3 to 12.

Yes, many banks provide education loans for MBA at NMIMS. MBA students at NMIMS can avail education loans from SBI, Bank of Baroda, ICICI, IDBI, IDFC First Bank, Central Bank of India and Bank of Maharashtra. Students also have the option of getting loans from financial institutes such as ITI Group, Credila and Grayquest.

It is compulsory for the NMIMS MBA students to spend 6-8 weeks on a summer project between the first and the second year of the NMIMS MBA. A viva is conducted at the end of the internship by the faculty mentor. It is mandatory to clear the viva for progressing to the second year.

The NMAT score is given a weightage of 10% in the preparation of the merit list. The competency assessment test is given the highest weightage at 60%. The scores of the Work Experience and Personal Interview are given a weightage of 15% each for the selection of the candidate in the final merit list.

Internships, trainings apprenticeships are not considered as valid work experience for consideration in MBA admission at NMIMS. Work experience of the candidate of more than one year in a company that is listed in both the GSTIN and TAN databases is considered valid. The work experience only after completion of graduation is given weightage in the final merit list.
