The time and cause for withdrawal usually determine the Bombay Flying Club's fee refund policy. Although administrative fees are frequently subtracted refunds are typically possible if a student withdraws before a specific point in the course. However, since costs for flight hours, instruction and supplies are incurred, complete refunds are uncommon once training starts especially for expensive programs like the Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME). Before joining it's important to read the club's specific return policy because conditions can change.
