KJSIM also have a part-time Executive MBA course for working executives. The classes are conducted on saturday and sunday for this programme. On course completion, candidates receive a certificate from Somaiya Vidyavihar University.

Candidates wanting to get into KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Executive PGDM course must meet the eligibility criteri and participate in the selection round. The aspirants who have passed a valid bachelor's degree course are eligible to apply. Candidates shortlisted by the institute are further called for the interview/online interview round. The seats are allotted based on applicants exam (CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/NMAT) score and performance in GDPI rounds. KJSIM may have seats reserved for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC or other such categories as well. The mentioned seat intake is further as per the official website/sanctioning body.
