About 60+ Diploma in Engineering colleges in Mumbai. Of these, 30+ are private colleges, 9 are government colleges and semi government have 6 colleges. Admission to these colleges usually based on Class 12 marks basis. The top colleges are ICT Mumbai, VJTI Mumbai, K J Somaiya School of Engineering, Government Polytechnic, Mumbai, NMIMS Mumbai, SVKM's Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic Mumbai, SNDT College, and many others.
