You can get CSE in GFTI as per the JoSSA counselling cutoff last year. You cannot get any branch, like CSE, ECE in NIT at this rank.

The total seat intake of the M.Tech at NIT Nagaland is 66. The seats are distributed among the four specialisations. As per the seat allocation guidelines, candidates must participate in the CCMT counselling for M.Tech seat allocation. However, if candidates fail to secure seats via the counselling they can opt for the institute mode, which required students to apply vis the NIT Nagaland's official website and appear for the entrance exam.

NIT Nagaland offers M.Tech in Power Systems Engineering in a full-time mode lasting for two years. The first year focuses on the basic engineering concepts and mathematics knowledge while the next three years follow a rigorous coursework pattern, including fundamental concepts related to Power Systems Engineering, practical lab work, industrial training, and project work. JEE Main exam has three subjects- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Question paper of JEE Main is prepared with questions from all the three subjects with equal weightage of 33%. A total of 90 questions are asked in the exam, 30 each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The syllabus of JEE Mains for all three subjects is as per the CBSE/NCERT textbook of class 11 and 12. Candidates can check the syllabus from the official website of JEE Main or from the Shiksha page.

NIT Nagaland cutoff 2025 will be available on this page as opening and closing ranks following each round of JoSAA counselling for admission to the Engineering courses. The JoSAA 2025 dates are expected to be announced in April. To secure MSc seats at NIT Nagaland candidates must have IIT-JAM scores. Further, students have to go through the CCMN counselling for final seat allotment to the institute. In addition to the exam, students must also meet the minimum eligibility criteria set by the institute which is to have a bachelor's degree, namely BSc (Hons) in Physics with first class or 6.5 CGPA for General and OBC candidates and 55% aggregate or 6.0 CGPA in 10 scale grading for SC and ST candidates.

No, your state do not matter in the case of JEE Main admission at NIT Nagaland. This is because, NIT Nagaland doesn't releases its JEE Main cutoff based on Home State quota. It releases the cutoff in the form of opening and closing ranks for All India quotas only. Moreover, as per NIT Nagaland JEE Main cutoff 2024, 75k is a moderate rank to get admission at NIT Nagaland, candidates can get admission with this rank. Further, the candidates can check the courses available under the acquired cutoff for the General AI category candidates:
