Focus on your grades. Try to maintain a good CGPA from the start because it will be difficult to get it converted into a higher SGPA later on

Have good connections with colleagues, professors and the most importantly seniors from your course. They will give you pointers on what areas to focus on.

Participate in the extra curricular activities and fests. It is fun to organise events and will help you build stronger connections and also tell your future employers about your organisation skills.

Enjoy your time there. You may struggle a little to get used to doing things especially if you are living in a hostel, but don't forget to make the

Faculty members of all departments are very talented and experienced, who helps students in every aspect.

The course curriculum framed is good and is made in such a manner that students get the maximum knowledge.

Just like every other institute, some teachers are really good at what they teach, while some don't have special talent in teaching.

No, the hostel services of Amity school of engineering and Technology is not mandatory for all. You can opt for PGs as per your own convenience outside the college campus. For them a bus service can be made available.

But for a better and ideal learning one should opt for hostel facilities as it provides the separate facilities for boys and girls, caring wardens and a tight security ensures a pleasant stay allowing you to focus on your academics.

As per my knowdege there are no reservations made in Amity University. But a direct admission can be done for the students securing 80+ aggregate in class XII CBSE/state board.or else u have to take entrance exam conducted by Amity.

But in some of the branches of Amity University, Reservations are made such as in New Delhi, Punjab, Jaipur etc. there is a 10% seat reserved for management seats.

Well, there are both pros and cons. And it's with any place. So, considering you'll eventually attend the college in person (in the near future). I have some pointers to share acc to my experience, I might go overboard (too generous) with them so it's a heads-up.

Its a very big campus.u will face a hard time navigating through the campus.

College fests are great depending on the fest authorities.and also that will be enhanced if you have a good friend circle.

Ragging is rarely seen in college so be assured not in engage in such things
