If you want to take admission after your class 12th and scored above 80% (English and 3 academic subjects as require under eligibility) can apply for direct admission.
Direct admission is not applicable for the below mentioned programs:
1. B.Arch
2. BBA LLB, BA LLB and B.Com LLB.
3. Interior design.

Both the colleges are good at their own place. It totally depends on you, that in which and location you are more comfortable. Although, NRAI School of Mass Communication should be your preference. It is having a good infrastructure, experienced faculty members, positive atmosphere. Best of luck.
