If you would like to enrol for MBA in IGNOU, you will have to provide them a letter of 3 years of work experience and they will also take entrance test. But in ICFAI, they will not ask for experience letter and won't take any entrance test. I heard from many people that IGNOU is harder. According to me, ICFAI would be the best option for you.

For admission in Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration, you need to have passed 10+2 from a recognised board.

If you have caliber and sound knowledge, then definitely you will get job at some place.
