The latest cutoff to get into SOA - School of Aeronautics, B Tech is approximately 80 percentile in JEE Mains
also, Your 10+2 aggregate score should be at least 50%. It is a descent score and a little efforts can get you into the college.

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech course in SOA university, candidates shall have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks  (50% in case of SC / ST / OBC category) and obtained at least 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

  • At SOA - School of Aeronautics, the B Tech placements are considered satisfactory. The institute reports a placement rate ranging from 80% to 85% for its students, with annual packages typically falling between INR 3 to 7 LPA.
  • The School of Aeronautics (SOA) has not yet released the placement report 2023. However, as per the placement report 2019, a total of 129 students were placed during placements 2019. Qatar Airways, Malesian Airlines, Indigo, Bahrain Air, Jet Airways, Dubai International Airport, etc were the top recruiters of the School of Aeronautics during placements in 2019.

NIT Rourkela MBA admission is entirely entrance-based. The selection process begin with the release of the application for respective entrance exams. Candidtaes have to qualify for the exam and fill an application form on the official website of NIT-R for admission to MBA course. Next, the shortlisted candidates will be called for a GD and PI round for the final selection. All the selection parameters have been given different weightage in the admission process. During filling the NIT Rourkela application form for MBA course, candidates must submit the photocopy of a set of documents. The following are the required documents to attach with the application form:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Entrance exam scorecard
  • Class 10 mark sheet and pass certificate
  • Class 12 mark sheet
  • UG mark sheets and pass certificate
  • PG mark sheets and pass certificate (if applicable)
  • No Objection Certificate from current employer (for a sponsored category)
  • Proof of payment of application fee
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Proof of income (in case of EWS candidates)
