I would suggest you to go for IIM Raipur as IIM brings with it self a brandname and should always be preferred above the others.

Yes, that is right. There is no IT specialization. KSOM only provides Business Administration and Rural Management. But yes, there are courses of IT attached to it

Yes Ofcourse. You can directly apply with your MAT score and also can apply for KIITEE exam that is conducted by KIIT. Your MAT score is too good for KSOM.
