Rabindrabharati University is the only State University in West Bengal that offer degree courses in fine arts like dance ,drama,vocal ,instrumental & also subjects of visual arts such as painting sculpture etc.the exam structure is semester system where we had 6 semester for three years for graduation.

Ideally, an MA English Literature requires a student to study 16 courses over the span of two years. Some universities also allow a student to select a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 courses from other departments of Humanities and Social Sciences. Some of the courses available at Universities are:

As per the eligibility for M.Tech, you must have done either B.Tech or (B.Sc+M.Sc), then only you can apply for M.Tech programme. Since you have done B.Sc. In Biotechnology, you further need to pursue M.Sc. In any specialisation of Biotechnology.
