The UNIRAJ BSc eligibility criteria differs slightly based on choice of specialisation. For BSc in Botany/Chemistry/Physics/Zoology, students must have passed Class 12 with Science subjects and must have secured a minimum of 50% in aggregate. For BSc in Home Science, candidates who passed Class 12 in any stream (Science, Arts, Commerce) with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply.

As per the Shiksha students' reviews, around 80% of the batch is placed annually. The the highest and the lowest packages offered in recent MJRPU placements were INR 20 LPA and INR 5 LPA, respectively. The official placement data is yet to be released. Jai Narain Vyas University does not accept the scores of the entrance examination for admissions to BA courses. Instead, admission to BA courses is based on merit in the last qualifying exam and counselling at the university level. Candidates must also have passed Class 12 from a recognised board of education.

Afterwards, once Class 12 results are announced candidates can complete their application form.
