Yes, JK Lakshmipat University offers a two-year MDes programme spread across four semesters. The university conducts JKLU DET for admission to MDes course. Candidates who have completed bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA can apply for MDes.

The total first year fee for JK Lakshmipat University BDes is INR 3.45 lakh. The total fee for first year includes various components such as caution deposit, admission fee, etc. Admission and caution deposit are paid only once in the start. Students need to pay the academic fee annually. 

JK Lakshmipat University conducts JKLU Design Entrance Test (DET) for admission to BDes programme. The test is conducted for 90 minutes and includes two sections. The total first-year fee for JK Lakshmipat University four-year BTech course is INR 2.75 lakh. This fee includes an admission fee of INR 5,000 and a refundable caution deposit of INR 10,000. Further, they must have scored a minimum of 60% in Mathematics in Class 12. Students appearing for final examination of Class 12 may also apply. JKLU offers Early Bird Scholarships to candidates who apply in various application rounds conducted by the university. Below is the criteria:

• In Round 1, an extra 15% scholarship is granted
• In Round 2, an additional 10% scholarship is provided
• In Round 3, an extra 5% scholarship 

All scholarships are expressed as a percentage of academic fee exclusively. No scholarship covers technology fee, hostel, transport, and mess charges.
