The University provides scholarships to deserving and meritorious students enrolled for Under-graduate programmes. The criteria of entitlement for scholarships are as follows: 

• Meritorious Student Scholarships - Students securing 85% and above in (10+2) are exempted from paying 25% of their tuition fee.
• University Scholarships - Students securing 90% and above in (10+2) are exempted from paying 75% of their tuition fee.
• Special Scholarship for Economically Weaker Students - General Students Whose parents are economically weaker and having income less than 1 lac per year and having 75% or more marks are eligible for 50% scholarship in tuition fees.
• Government of India Scholarships -  Scholarship Schemes of Central and State governments for SC/ST/ OBC / Minority/ J&K/ Northeast Students are applicable as per the criteria fixed by the respective government.
• Extra-curricular Excellence Scholarships - One student from each department, adjudged for excellence in extra-curricular activities like sports, oratory, presentation, cultural activity etc., will be reimbursed 50% of the tuition fee.

The fees of BITS Pilani Goa for the academic year 2023-24 are as follows:

• Admission Fees: Rs. 53,900/- (one-time payment at the time of admission)¹
• Semester/Term Fees: Rs. 2,45,000/- per semester and Rs. 85,700/- per summer term
•  Student's Union Fee: Rs. 450/- per year
•  Student's Aid Fund: Rs. 225/- per year

The total tuition fee for four years is Rs. 19,94,000/- (excluding the admission fee, hostel fee, mess and electricity advance, other advances, and institute caution deposit). However, the tuition fee may increase by 5% every year for the subsequent batches. To prepare for B.Tech admission at BITS Pilani, you need to follow these steps:

- Apply for the BITSAT exam, which is conducted by BITS Pilani every year. You can apply online by visiting the official website.

- Prepare for the BITSAT exam, which consists of 150 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Logical Reasoning. The duration of the exam is 3 hours. You can check the syllabus, exam pattern, and sample papers here.

- Appear for the BITSAT exam, which will be held between 19 and 30 April 2024 (tentatively) at various centres across India and abroad. You will need to score above the cut-off marks for the B.Tech programme of your choice at BITS Pilani. The cut-off marks vary every year depending on the number of applicants and the difficulty level of the exam. You can check the previous years' cut-off marks here.

- Participate in the BITSAT counselling, which will be conducted online after the declaration of the BITSAT results. You will need to fill your preferences for the programmes and campuses of BITS Pilani. You will be allotted a seat based on your rank, preferences, and availability of seats. - Confirm your admission by paying the fee and submitting the required documents. You can check the fee structure and the list of documents here.

According to the BITS Pilani website, the eligibility criteria for admission to its Integrated First-Degree Programmes (B.E. and M.Sc.) are as follows:

•  You should have passed the 12th class examination of 10+2 system from a recognised Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English.
• You should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects in the 12th examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.
• You should have appeared for the BITSAT-2024 test and scored above the cut-off marks for the programme of your choice.

The cut-off marks for BITSAT-2024 have not been announced yet, but based on the previous years' data, the cut-off marks for B.E. programmes at BITS Pilani campus ranged from 255 to 383. Therefore, with 220 marks, you may not be eligible for admission to BITS Pilani campus. However, you may still have a chance to get admission to other BITS campuses, such as BITS Goa, BITS Hyderabad, or BITS Dubai, depending on the availability of seats and the cut-off marks for those campuses.

Alternatively, if you are a first rank student of your board examination, you can get direct admission to the programme of your choice at BITS Pilani, irrespective of your BITSAT score.
