Report on the day when your programme is about to get started. The following documents that you need during the time of reporting are mentioned on the admission letter and on Amizone. Date of reporting is separately communicated through Amizone. You cannot register for program/hostel 10 days after the commencement date under any circumstance. In this case, hostel seat gets automatically cancelled.

According to the JECRC University there have been two application fees mentioned of INR 850 or INR 1000 for UG/PG courses while the PhD programmes require an application fee of INR 1000 for students to apply. The university also has admission fees for when students wish to accept admissions to the university.

Yes, JECRC University does offer direct admissions to some of its courses. For example students can apply for BTech admissions without valid JEE Main scores as long as they meet the eligibility requirements with seats being reserved for these direct management quota. Though a majority of the seats will have a preference for students with JEE Mains scores.

The admission process at JECRC University consists of both national-level entrances and institute-level selection rounds for the MBA, BTech, BA LLB, BBA LLB and M.Tech courses while others depend on merit as well as Personal Interview and Group Interview rounds conducted by the institute for admissions at JECRC Jaipur.

The selection process for BTech admissions at JECRC University depends on the entrance exam scores such as JEE Mains with students having to also go through the institute level selection rounds that consist of Personal Interviews or Group Discussions to finalise selections to BTech at JECRC Jaipur.

To study MBA from JECRC University students must meet the eligibility of having passed with 60% marks in their UG degree with students who have valid scores from CAT/MAT/XAT of the current session being preferred. The Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds also decided admissions to JECRC University.

No, JECRC University is known as a private university and is not a government institute as it does not receive funding from the government allowing it to have more flexibility when it comes to their policies and curriculum. But the university has been recognised by government bodies such as the UGC, NBA, NAAC, AICTE, etc.
