According to Shiksha.com, yes, you can get admission to Jaipur National University (JNU) with 60% marks in class 12th and class 10th. 
According to another source, you can apply for admission to JNU if you have completed your 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board and have at least 50% marks in the required subjects. 
 
For the B.Tech program, the minimum eligibility is 50% marks in 10+2 in the Science stream. For the B.Sc program, you need 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with an aggregate of 50% marks.
