Yes you can get the seat in the college without the eamcet exam also but the fee is very high that you have pay the total college fee by yourself and you will not any fee reimbursement from the government. The fee structure will be different for all the colleges, to get the seat in the college you can visit the college administration to enquire about the available seats and the fee structure you have pay for the college seat. No there is no chance to get a seat in CVR college because this college is listed in top 10 in Telangana and your rank is not matching with the college and catagory

It depends on your preferences and the college's ranking. MREC-CSE is one of the top colleges in the state and has a good reputation. IARE-IT is also a good college, but it is relatively new. CMRK-IT is a good college with a good reputation, but its ranking is not as high as MREC-CSE. GCTC-CSE is a good college, but its ranking is not as high as MREC-CSE and IARE-IT. If you write CPGET you will get admission only in Telangana, Candidates qualified in CPGET are eligible for admissions into Campus, Constituent and Affiliated colleges of Osmania, Kakatiya, Telangana Mahatma Gandhi, Palamuru, Satavahana, Telangana Mahila Vishwa Vidyalayam and JNTUH Universities.
