As you have scored 48 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019 and you belong to ST category so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. Still getting a seat in NIT will be difficult with this score. So I will suggest you to apply for some other colleges also.

Hi Wangchen, you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But getting CSE in first round will be difficult. You CAN EASILY GET ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL OR CIVIL ENGINEERING.
