M.Tech CSE cutoff 2025 ranged from 602 to 526 for students belonging to the General AI category quota, according to the first and last round cutoff results. In 2024 and 2023, admissions to M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering were closed at 448 and 386, respectively. Analysing the trend over the last three years suggests that the competition for this course is increasing year by year. Please note that this applies to the General AI category candidates; other categories might show different trends. 

NIT Silchar CCMT cutoff 2025 for various rounds has been released for different categories of students. If you belong to the General AI category, the cutoff for all specialisations and rounds ranged from 360 to 526, wherein M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive. For the  OBC AI and SC AI category candidates, the last round cutoff ranged from 317 to 486, and 231 to 328, wherein M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and M.Tech. in Transportation Engineering were the toughest specialisations to crack, respectively.
