At the University of North Bengal (NBU), the placement prospects for B.Sc appear to be better than those for M.Sc. According to student reviews and departmental information, the B.Sc program has a more advanced placement cell and has seen better placement records compared to M.Sc. The Department of Tea Science at NBU mentioned that M.Sc. students from their department achieve 100% placement every year. However, overall, the available information suggests that the B.Sc program may have an edge in terms of placement prospects at NBU.

It is somewhat OK for MBA programme because of these reasons-
- North Bengal University does not provide good placements in comparison of other University
- To get a seat in North Bengal University is hard which makes the students less interested in this univerity
- The placements cell is not very active
- The fees is too high for MBA programme
- The cutoff goes very high because of less seats in MBA programme
so overall I will suggest if you have last option then you can go for it otherwise It is not very good university for MBA programme.

I don't think that North Bengal University is hard to get. Admission in undergraduate course like BA, B.Sc, B.Com LLb are done on the basis of the merit list published by the university with respect to the candidates' marks in their last qualifying exam.
Admission in post graducate prgramme like MA, M.Sc M.Com are offered on the basis of the written test followed by viva conducted by the university.
For MBA programme a valid score in CMAT/MAT/CAT/ATMA/JMET/XAT/WBJEMAT/NBU-MAT is required.
