Chandigarh University would be the best choice for you. You can grab a lot opportunities regarding internship, program, tour, and having a strong alumni network. These will help you to build holistically and having a fair average package and placement rate.

Fashion design placements depend on skills, portfolio quality, internships, and industry exposure. Between the two, LPU is often discussed for its industry oriented curriculum, design projects, workshops, and recruiter interactions. Students have received opportunities in areas like fashion design, styling, merchandising, and retail. Chitkara also offers placement support, but comparing exact outcomes is difficult because results vary every year. For fashion careers, the strength of the portfolio usually matters as much as the college name.

Choose Chitkara University if your top priority is getting a good software job after graduation because it has less population than Chandigarh University.
Choose Chandigarh University if you value a larger campus, more extracurricular opportunities, and broader exposure and are confident you can compete in a much larger peer group.
