No, there is no option for lateral entry admission in SRM University.
If you want to take admission in the lateral entry then you may choose colleges like:-
1. Sathyabama University
2. Veltech University
3. Hindustan University

Admission through DET Exam is conducted by Haryana or direct through management seats.
Admissions under Management Seats:
25 % seats of the sanctioned Intake in all the branches is reserved for Management seats. Admission for these seats will be done by the counseling at the Institute level.
Admission in the institute is done in accordance with the provision and guidelines laid down by the competent authority of the Government of Haryana from time to time.

Admission in BPIT is carried out by an entrance test, i.e. IPUCET. You need to clear this exam with a nice rank to get admission in this college.

You can try for YMCA, but it's difficult. Just wait for the physical counselling which will be held on $th of August.
Try for Deenbandhu also as there you might get admission.
