The National Institute of Technology Srinagar offers a four-year full-time BTech courses covering several specialisations (branhces) at the UG level. The University has released the combined statistics for UG (4 years) courses. As per the NIRF report 2023, the median package offered to BTech/ BPharma students during University of Kashmir placements 2022 was NR 6 LPA. In 2021, the median package was the same, i.e. INR 6 LPA. Earlier, the median package offered during 2020 placements was INR 5 LPA.

Kashmir University is ranked 72 by US News 2023 under the University (Overall) category, 110 by the QS World University Rankings 2023 under the Southern Asia category, and 451-500 by the QS World University Rankings 2023 under the Asia category.

The application form can be downloaded from the university website (kashmiruniversity.net). The hardcopy of the filled-out application along with INR 750 including IT fee (non-refundable) fee payment receipt and a copy of important documents has to be sent to the Office of the College Development Council.
