As per the IIT Hyderabad year-wise cutoff trends, a significant increase in the difficulty level can be seen in JEE Advanced exam 2025 as compare to JEE Advanced 2024. This is because, in 2024, the level of the paper was near about easy to moderate which had decreased the cutoffs drastically. Moreover, it is expected that the competition for top BTech courses will be seemingly increase to get coveted seat in an IIT.

If the candidates preparing for IIT Hyderabad get around 10000 rank in JEE Advanced but not getting selection for the CSE course, however, for the same rank, they are getting top NITs for the CSE course, then they should opt for top NITs.

Other than that, apart from CSE, candidates at this rank can also go for other courses under top NITs mentioned below, Go for these following NITs and branches :-

1.     NIT Rourkela EE

2.     NIT KKR IT

3.     NIT Warangal EEE (My preferred option)

4.     NIT Surathkal ME

5.     NIT Trichy ME

No doubt, 2000 rank is a decent rank in JEE Advanced exam. Candidates securing this much of rank will surely get selection at IIT Hyderabad. However, for top courses like CSE and AI, they need to secure lesser than that. The 150 mark cutoff for B.Ed. in English at EFLU Hyderabad represents the current standard for students from the General category according to the CUET PG 2024 cutoff . The admission criteria stand as one of the more competitive standards because CUET PG establishes a cutoff range from 150 to 210. The current cutoff scores for English-related programs at EFLU Hyderabad include MA English Literature with a mark of 159 combined with MA English Language Teaching demanding 154 results and MA English requiring 150 scores.

Currently, NIFT Hyderabad has not released the cutoff for the BDes in Fashion Communication course 2025 on the basis of NIFTEE ranks/scores. However, to get an idea about the competitiveness of the cutoff in the previous years, candidates can check the below table:

NIFT Entrance Exam Last Round Closing Rank (General-All India)
Course202220232024
BDes. in Fashion Communication395472112

In conclusion, the table shows that when comparing the years 2023 and 2024, the competition increases and the ranks decrease. Candidates should therefore anticipate a competitive cutoff for this year. However, it is difficult to determine with certainty if the ranks for the cutoff increase or decrease.

While preparing cutoff for the NIFT Hyderabad BDes course, the authorities will consider examination and admission-related factors. The listed factors will be checked and considered by the authorities while determining the cutoff of NIFT Hyderabad BDes - previous years' cutoff trends, difficulty level of the exam, total number of qualified candidates, total number of candidates applying for a specific course, number of seats available for admission, etc. After checking all of these factors, the authorities will prepare the NIFT Hyderbad BDes cutoff for BDes admission
