Candidates must have a recognized Bachelors degree of minimum three year duration in any discipline.
Candidates must note that some colleges offering an MBA in Hospital Management may ask for prior professional work experience as part of the eligibility requirements.
Candidates must also note that eligibility requirement for some colleges also states a degree only in any one of the following MBBS,BDS,BHMS,BPT,BAMS,B.Sc. Nursing, to be eligible for an MBA degree.
Candidates must have completed the bachelors degree or equivalent degree with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate.
Candidates must have a valid score in one of the following national entrance exams for admission to management colleges CAT,XAT,NMAT,MAT, CMAT etc.
For admission to MD in Hospital Administration, candidates must have a valid score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduate course NEET PG.
Candidates appearing in the final year examination of the Bachelors degree program or awaiting the result of their final year examination in the current year are also eligible to apply. If selected, these candidates will be given provisional admission.

Both Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH) and Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) are good, but which one is better depends on your preferences. For instance:
1. JNTUH is a government institute, and CBIT is a private college. CBIT offers co-curricular activities for overall development, whereas JNTUH is more academically oriented.
2. Fees: The fees for B.E. In Information Technology are around Rs. 5.60 at CBIT, whereas B.Tech. ECE fees are comparatively less at JNTUH as it's a government institute.
3. Placement: The placement is good at both colleges, but since IT is a growing branch, the placement opportunity is more for this branch. In the previous year, around five students received the package of 41 LPA, as per alumni. On the other hand, the highest salary package offered in previous years for ECE branch graduates was around 15 LPA.
4. You can also easily find supportive peers at JNTUH who are either preparing for GATE to get into PSUs or other competitive exams. Also, the teaching faculty is well experienced and will mentor you for further studies. On the other hand, CBIT will expose you to club and sports culture for overall personality development during the study.
