There are hardly any colleges which offer B.Sc. Psychology in Hyderabad but other Psychology courses are available. Some in some of the following colleges in Hyderabad and Telangana are:
St Francis College for Women, Hyderabad
BRAOU Hyderabad - Dr BR Ambedkar Open University
Osmania University, Hyderabad
IIT Hyderabad - Indian Institute of Technology
B.Sc Psychology is offered only in the following University in Hyderabad

It totally depends on the college authority, but as far my research and knowledge goes, the cutoff marks to get called by sibm in hyderabad is above 68 to 70 percent.
