It is not too late to reply I think. But there are so many reputed institutions and private colleges giving admissions with out GATE but AICTE stipend won't be there. Some of iits, iiits (IIITH), BITS are also conducting separate exams and interviews for M.Tech admissions. Through PGCET you can get admissions in state universities.

You should go for PGP programme at ISB as it is designed for individuals with 2+ years of work experience.
