For getting the refund you must contact college regarding the withdraw or they might keep another portel for that and refund would be given as a cheque or dd.

Admission in VIT is only depends upon your vit entrance exam only while sastra's admission is depend upon JEE Mains and board score for your marks getting CSE is difficult but try in couselling.
