It's difficult to get CSE branch. But you can get other branches in other rounds.

I got 80.9 in JEE Mains and 9.8 in intermediate can I get seat in sastra university CSE branch.

Its difficult for you to get admission in CSE, but you can get admission in other branches like IT, ECE and others.

Yes, you can get admission in Sastra and even admission is based on 12th marks.
12th marks - 70% and JEE Mains - 30%
So, it's dependent on both.
