Stream 2 refers to only IPE marks. I think 95% as ipe marks. SASTRA gives 30% of sears to stream 2 . With your score it is difficult to get cse Or IT. If you have done well in jee mains under stream 1 you may get a chance if you have enough score. Actual cutoff for CSE in stream 2 is 98.7% and for IT is 98.5% according to previous years statistics. Yes you can get into Sastra without JEE mains you need to go by stream 2 process and the fee will be around 1.5 lpa

You can go in stream 2 but getting EEE with 969 marks is difficult on Sastra main branch.
