As the round 1 counselling ends with 801 rank . If your rank stands below 2000 you might get a chance in next rounds of counselling .

Mostly no because they are giving admissions and seats too now.
Maybe you won't get CSE but possibility to get CSE related branch

Mostly bio tech bio engineering chemical nano technology or aerospace . But you can try EIe civil too because they increased no of courses too this year
