Well according to me, regular learning is far better than distance because you actually get to learn your subjects but whereas in distance learning, there is very less scope of actual learning and so I prefer regular learning. But this is just my opinion. It could vary from person to person.

Cutoff is only for getting admission in government college. You will get some private college with this rank and Indore or Ujjain. Try to go for them.
