Yes students can submit more than just one application to UCL but the university advises students to consider their options carefully as they have a limited no. of choices at UCAS. Also note that more than one application to the same programme or department does not increase your chances of being accepted

For UG admissions at UCL students will have to obtain 90, 85, or 85 in five subjects in Class 12 with 85 to include three core subjects. Check the accepted boards-
- Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (Bengaluru)
- State Board of School Examinations (Tamil Nadu)
- West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education
- Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.

- Copy of study visa (or fill in the missing passport doc and provide the passport later)
