The University of Liverpool acceptance rate is 25%. This shows that the university is difficult to get into and follows a tough approach while choosing candidates for UG and PG admission. The procedure for UG and PG admission are quite difficult and requires to fulfill the minimum eligibility and submission of required documents. Undergraduate students must have an acceptable level of literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least grade 4 or C at GCSE in English and Mathematics. On the other hand, postgraduate students require a 2:1 class degree in any subject from a UK university or an equivalent qualification from a non-UK institution.

According to the World University ranking of QS 2025, there is a reduction in the Newcastle University rankings. The university was ranked at #110 (2024) which has reduced to #129 in 2025. However, there is a slight variation in the QS Europe category rankings. The university went from #34 to #35. BCU UK permits international students to work while studying. Overseas students must be mindful of the fact that they can work no more than 20 hours per week while classes are in session and it is essential that this employment does not interfere with a their academic program.
