According to the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2025, the University of Oxford ranks at the 1st place. Yes, if an average Indian student fulfills the criteria, he or she is liable to join the University of Glasgow. In fact, the university accepts a lot of qualifications, including Indian Higher Secondary Certificate (12th grade).
