No, Indian students don't need to submit a separate application for financial aid at MMU Manchester. Students are assessed based on their admission application, for most scholarships.

However, some external scholarships like the Fulbright scholarship, a separate application may be required.

No, tuition fees generally stays the same for each year of the degree for Indian students at MMU UK. The tuition fees is typically fixed at the amount mentioned in the original admission offer, provided a student completes their degree on time.

Tuition fees at Manchester Metropolitna Uni can change under the exceptional conditions mentioned below:

  • If a student suspends their studies or take a break from the course
  • If the immigration status changed from "overseas" to "home", students will be eligible to pay the domestic fee rate.

To know more, check the International fee page on mmu.ac.uk.

Condoned Grade (CG) allows students to pass a module with score marginally below the standard passing mark. Instead of failing, students are credited with the required marks provided they have completed at 90 credits with an weighted average of 40% for the year.

CG applies to scores between 30% and 39% for foundation and UG level modules, and 40% to 49% for PG level modules. Students can be condoned for up to a maximum of 30 credits.

Yes, Indian students can change their course at the MMU UK. However, if that happens within the current year or not depends on the timing and space availability.

To change a program, students need to consult their personal tutor/program leader. Once approved by the leader/advisor, students will then need to complete a online Transfer of Course form.

Note: Changing programs can affect the scholarship and the UK student visa status.
