I would like to know what is your current qualification?
If you want to pursue MBBS in UK after 12th, you will first have to enrol for a Bachelors program in Health Sciences which is usually for 3 years after which you will be eligible to apply for medical program.
Overall it becomes time consuming and expensive.
There are many other countries which are better to pursue MBBS after 12th.
Let me know your further queries. You can also contact to discuss elaborately.

UKCAT is the examination you must take to study medicine or MBBS in UK. There must be certain TIER 3 colleges of course however I am not sure if you will be granted a study visa in that case. Medicine studies are highly valued ,therefore applicants can enter into a medical school only after passing UKCAT.

You can pursue P.hd in commerce/accountancy/finance related courses from UK. The average duration is 3 years and the work visas at present are very stringent in UK. You may check the details atwww.educationuk.org/india/articles/working-after-your-studies-guide-to-uk-visas/
