Lewis Uni is a NCAA Division II member in the context of athletics. This university competes in 23 NCAA Division II men's and women's sports. This university is also a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference. Also, the university has 20 clubs sports for UG and PG students. Students can also join intramural events. A few of these events are Inner Tube Water Polo, Kickball, Badminton, Basketball, Kickball, etc.

There are 11 residence halls on the main campus of Lewis University. These halls are Founders Hall, South Hall, Sheil Hall, etc. The on-campus residence hall fee is around USD 12,700 per year. Students admitted to Graduate courses of Lewis University USA are eligible for Assistantships. These are part-time jobs which offer little salary and tuition fee reduction. To apply for the assistantships, students must have arrived on-campus and registered for classes. These assistantships are not guaranteed for all graduate students.
