Yes, to apply for UG and PG courses at Georgia State University, international students are required to pay an application fee. Take a look at the GSU application fee given below -

• Postgraduate: USD 50 or INR 5.3K

For master's at Georgia State University, there are no fixed admission deadlines. These admission deadlines var based on the programs. For programs like MBA, Accounting, Acturial Science and Master of Interdisciplinary Studies, the deadlines are given below - 

For the Business and Management courses, international students are required to apply via the official website of the Robinson School of Management. There are intakes for the same which are mid-November (early action) and early March (regular). 

Although for MBA programs, the admission deadlines are rolling. 

International students can apply for three intakes at Georgia State University which are Fall, Summer and Spring intakes.

Out of all of them, the Fall intake is the the largest and the most popular one. The application deadlines generally close in November for UG courses.
